1. Use of the Site

- We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but such changes will not affect purchases that have already been confirmed.
3. Product Delivery
- Our products are downloadable digital files in PDF format.
- Once payment is confirmed, you will receive immediate access to download.
- Since this is a digital product, no physical shipment will be made.
4. Refund Policy
- All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable, except in the following exceptional cases:
- The file is corrupted or damaged.
- The file does not match the product description on the purchase page.
- In such cases, the user may request a refund within a maximum of 8 calendar days from the date of purchase.
- After this period, no returns or refunds will be possible, without exception.
- To request a refund, you must email us at support@armsaero.com, including the details of your purchase.
5. Intellectual Property
- All content, including PDF files, texts, images, and logos available on our site, is protected under U.S. copyright and intellectual property laws.
- By making a purchase, you obtain a personal, limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the purchased PDF file.
- Copying, distributing, modifying, or reselling the file without our express consent is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
- We do not guarantee that the PDF files will meet all your expectations.
- In no event shall our liability exceed the amount paid for the purchased product.
- We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our products.
